This role will sit in our Washington DC office. There will be an opportunity for remote work, but you must be commutable to the Washington DC office.

Job Summary:

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting assigned Recruiters within the Legal division on the end-to-end sales process and overall market support. This role will report directly to the Managing Partner, Washington DC Legal, Karissa Hayko.  
 

The goal of this role is to decrease time the Recruiters are spending on administrative tasks, allowing the team to focus on more strategic and business focused activities that will impact the division financially.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate should have some experience within the staffing world or have knowledge of the legal industry, whether as a legal assistant or former attorney. Proficiency with the following software and computer skills: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneDrive. And the ability to learn new software quickly and meet strict timelines for various projects.
 

You should be a highly motivated, accountable, high integrity, self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for the business.
