What you’ll do:
We are seeking a recruiting coordinator to provide support to the HR Recruiting team in the U.S. and to assist with the coordination of candidate recruiting processes. Specifically, you will:
- Interact with candidates, third-party vendors, and internal colleagues to schedule phone, video conference, and onsite interviews
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience with clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
- Actively maintain and track candidate pipelines in an internal recruiting database
- Liaise with hiring managers to collect feedback and identify next steps for candidates
- Provide updates to hiring managers and candidates on recruiting process
- Work closely with Compliance to ensure adherence with applicable policies and procedures
What’s required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls, and issues
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting data
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

The annual base salary range for this role is $67,500-$80,000, which does not include overtime compensation, discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
