As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will manage scheduling, enhance candidate experiences, and support recruitment processes to attract talent at Anthropic.

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Vanta, you’ll be a key partner in ensuring smooth, well-run hiring processes during an exciting period of growth. You’ll own interview scheduling, elevate candidate experience, and contribute to projects that strengthen how our recruiting team operates. If this sounds exciting to you, we’d love to hear from you and talk through your path at Vanta!

This is a remote contract role from March 2026 through June 2026.

What you’ll do as a Recruiting Coordinator at Vanta:

  • Manage interview scheduling and coordination across time zones, recruiters, and hiring managers with speed, accuracy, and empathy.

  • Create a best-in-class candidate experience, from first touch through offer, ensuring candidates feel valued and supported.

  • Own operational tasks like posting jobs, configuring interview plans, auditing data, and pulling reports, all in close partnership with your recruiters to drive efficient, accurate hiring.

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to document, improve, and project-manage updates to interview and hiring processes.

  • Proactively identify and solve scheduling or process challenges, suggesting improvements that make coordination smoother and more scalable.

  • Support recruiting projects and initiatives that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and operational excellence.

How to be successful in this role:

  • Have prior coordination experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a growing technology company.

  • Thrive in ambiguity and be comfortable with early-stage startup recruiting, where processes are evolving and being built in real time.

  • Be highly detail-oriented and organized, you’ll catch the small things that make a big difference.

  • Champion candidate experience, going the extra step to create clarity, empathy, and thoughtfulness at every stage.

  • Solution-oriented: when challenges come up, you seek answers and improvements instead of roadblocks.

  • Work as a true team player: proactive in communication, collaborative in problem solving, and reliable in follow-through.

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

At Vanta, we are committed to hiring diverse talent of different backgrounds and as such, it is important to us to provide an inclusive work environment for all. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender identity, age, religion, sexual orientation, veteran or disability status, or any other protected class. As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage and welcome people of all backgrounds to apply.

About Vanta

We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.

Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that's real-time and transparent.
