About Pinch

Pinch is a startup building a premium at-home aesthetics brand. We bring Board-Certified Nurse Practitioners directly to clients — at home, at the office, or wherever works best for them. Expert care, on your schedule, in a space where you actually feel comfortable.

Our clients are high-achieving professionals who value their time. Our providers are Board-Certified Nurse Practitioners building their own practices on their own terms. Pinch exists because modern womanhood leaves little room for waiting, and time is the one thing you cannot get back.

The Role

You'll help us grow our network of Pinch Providers. Covering a team member's leave, you'll own the day-to-day of recruiting — outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, screening, and keeping everything organized behind the scenes. It's part-time and contract to start, with potential to stay on as we expand into new channels and markets.

This is a great fit if you've recruited healthcare providers before, you love the details, and you're genuinely good with people. You'll be the first impression many candidates have of Pinch, so warmth and polish matter.

What You'll Do
  • Outreach. Source and reach out to prospective Pinch Providers across LinkedIn, Indeed, clinical networks, and job boards.
  • Follow-ups. Own timely follow-ups at every stage so no candidate goes cold and no one waits.
  • Screening. Run initial screening calls to assess fit, licensure, interest, and availability — then summarize clearly for the team.
  • Scheduling & coordination. Set up interviews, send confirmations and reminders, and keep the calendar clean.
  • ATS hygiene. Keep our applicant tracking system accurate and current — statuses, notes, next steps.
  • Admin. Handle a good amount of recruiting admin end to end, and help us streamline it as we go (including with AI tools).

Requirements
  • Healthcare provider recruiting experience. You've recruited physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, or other licensed clinicians, and you understand credentials, licensing, and how to speak to clinical candidates.
  • Detail and diligence. Nothing slips through the cracks. Your notes are clean, your follow-ups are on time, your data is accurate.
  • People skills. Warm, professional, and clear in writing and on the phone. Candidates feel respected, welcomed, and informed.
  • ATS fluency. Comfortable and confident in a modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, or similar).
  • AI-comfortable. You use AI tools to draft outreach, summarize screens, and work faster — and you're excited to help us push that further.
  • Self-directed. Reliable and organized in a remote, part-time setup.
  • Nice to have. LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed experience, and familiarity with scheduling tools.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
