The Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring managers in defining role requirements, while ensuring a smooth process for candidates.
We’re an MIT-born, venture-backed Silicon Valley startup building Engineering General Intelligence (EGI), an AI copilot for design and manufacturing. Our mission is to reinvent how physical products are designed and built, dramatically accelerating product development.
We’re a growing global team ramping up hiring across R&D and S&M. As we scale, we’re looking for a part-time Talent Acquisition professional who can support our recruiting efforts — either as (1) a TA Coordinator focused on screening and scheduling, or as (2) a Full-Cycle Recruiter managing roles end-to-end. The scope will be tailored based on your experience.
You’ll partner closely with leadership to support our hiring process in a flexible, part-time capacity. Depending on your background, responsibilities may include resume screening, initial phone interviews, scheduling, sourcing, and shepherding candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, international environment and enjoys building efficient, candidate-friendly hiring processes.
Responsibilities (TA Coordinator)
- Review inbound applications and screen for basic qualifications
- Conduct initial phone screens using structured criteria
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones
- Maintain candidate data and activity in our ATS
- Support communications with candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth, timely process for all candidates
Responsibilities (Full-Cycle Recruiter)
- TA coordinator responsibilities, plus:
- Own full lifecycle recruiting for selected roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria
- Build diverse pipelines through sourcing, networking, and outreach
- Conduct in-depth phone interviews and present qualified candidates
- Guide candidates through each stage and provide an exceptional experience
- Manage offer process and handoff to onboarding
- Provide insights, feedback, and reporting to leadership
What we're looking for (for both roles)
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or People Ops
- Comfortable reviewing resumes and conducting initial screens
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain a robust interview process
- Experience using an ATS (Lever strongly preferred but not required)
- Professionalism, discretion, and strong candidate empathy
