In this role, you’ll play a critical part in building strong candidate pipelines across a variety of functions, including engineering, data science, go-to-market, and other high-impact roles.

This is a contract role with a primary focus on sourcing, pipeline development, and recruiter screens, along with light interview coordination and candidate experience support. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to help drive hiring forward efficiently.

This is a remote, U.S.-based position.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct recruiter screens to assess role fit, motivation, and alignment with SentiLink’s values

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring priorities

  • Support interview coordination and scheduling as needed (up to ~25% of time), ensuring a smooth and well-communicated candidate experience

  • Maintain accurate candidate data, activity tracking, and notes within the ATS

  • Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies, outreach messaging, and overall candidate experience.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience in a tech or high-growth startup environment

  • Strong experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science)

  • Demonstrated ability to build pipelines quickly in competitive talent markets

  • Experience using an ATS and sourcing tools (Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a contract role

  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and building values-aligned teams

  • Willingness to travel ~6 times per year for company meetups, off-sites, and relevant events

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the country

Compensation:
  • Compensation: $60–$80/hour (depending on experience)

  • Hours: ~40 hours/week

Note: This is a contract position. Benefits and perks listed below apply to full-time employees only and are not applicable to this contract role. There is potential to convert to full-time based on business needs and performance.

Perks:
  • Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents

  • 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)

  • Flexible paid time off

  • Regular company-wide in-person events

  • Home office stipend, and more!

Corporate Values:
  • Follow Through

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
