We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our recruiting team on a temporary, 6-month basis. We recognize the critical role that top talent plays in our success and are looking for a seasoned professional with exceptional recruitment skills and experience in sourcing and recruiting for hard-to-fill roles.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to deeply understand the specific skillsets, qualifications, and experience required for hard-to-fill positions within the renewable energy sector;
- Utilize a diverse range of sourcing channels, including industry-specific job boards, professional networks, renewable energy conferences, and targeted outreach, to identify potential candidates;
- Conduct thorough and rigorous screening processes to assess candidates' technical abilities, relevant experience, cultural fit, and passion for renewable energy;
- Act as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing detailed insights into the company's mission, values, and exciting opportunities within the renewable energy field;
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by establishing and nurturing relationships with passive candidates, industry associations, universities, and other relevant sources;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for successful candidates;
- Other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally within the renewable energy, engineering, or tech sectors;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Demonstrated success as a Recruiter for a rapidly scaling company, adept at sourcing and filling challenging positions in an intensely competitive market;
- Experience utilizing various sourcing methods and tools to identify and engage with passive candidates;
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate technical capabilities and cultural fit;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers;
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), experience with Greenhouse a plus;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail;
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent to the organization;
- Professional certifications in recruitment or human resources are a plus.
Compensation and Location:
Salary: A base salary commensurate with experience.
Bonus: An annual bonus will be awarded based on both individual performance as well as the overall success of the business.

Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX). The ability to work in the United States is a requirement.
