About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated recruiter with experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the Architecture, Interior Design, and Engineering (AEI) industry. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract where you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles. If you enjoy connecting with people, identifying great talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including resume screening, phone interviews, scheduling, and offer coordination.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking to maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to keep processes organized and efficient.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide timely updates.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain strong candidate communication to deliver a positive experience.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to full cycle hiring.
- Familiarity with the AEI industry is a plus.
- Experience using ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
- Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and social media recruiting.
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently with guidance when needed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. We offer a full benefit package including medical, dental and vision coverage and flexible spending account options and voluntary insurances.
