Job Description

As the Recreational Vehicle Insurance Product Management Manager, you’ll be the visionary leading the charge in transforming how we approach Recreational Vehicle insurance, which includes trailer and motorhome products. Picture yourself as the creative force behind a product that customers not only trust but love. You’ll dive deep into data, uncovering hidden opportunities that others might overlook, and craft strategies that not only boost profitable growth but also set new standards in the industry that truly make a difference in people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in designing innovative Recreational Vehicle products, setting a clear vision and collaborating with business and technology experts to deliver market-changing solutions. 
  • Dive deep into Recreational Vehicle business performance, uncover hidden opportunities, and turn insights into impactful actions. 
  • Conduct forward-thinking industry and competitor research to shape Recreational Vehicle product design.
  • Establish partnerships with brand partners across the enterprise to ensure seamless sales and service integration of recreational vehicle product offerings across all channels.
  • Drive product excellence by managing and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize business value and deliver on consumer expectations.
  • Set ambitious goals that fuel profitable growth and position the Recreational Vehicle product as a market leader. Communicate financial achievements to inspire and align key leaders. 
  • Leverage product storytelling to amplify product awareness and build enthusiastic support across the organization. 
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to align on strategies and execute with precision. Proactively tackle challenges and barriers, turning obstacles into opportunities for success.

Education:

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)
  • Product Management experience is required
  • Powersports product lines experience is highly desirable including experience with trailers, recreational vehicles (RV), motor homes, motorcycles, off-road vehicles and boats

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This job has supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu):

  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - 187,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
