Reporting to the Business Services Senior Analyst, the Business Services College Intern will support the Real Estate Services Group in delivering operational and administrative excellence across building operations, capital projects, and business services initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, providing exposure to facilities management and data analysis.
• \tFinance & Analytics: where responsibilities will include administrative and analytical duties in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, project tracking, and ad-hoc analysis.
• \tBusiness Services: where responsibilities will include administrative, compliance, and analytical duties in the areas of customer service, key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, data/records cleanup, and other areas as required.
Compensation: $18-$36 per hour. Actual pay within the range will be set based on undergraduate/graduate year and relevant experience.

Principal Accountabilities
- Assist the Business Services team with day-to-day operational tasks, including data entry, reporting, and document management.
- Assist with administrative and analytical support to Business Services Senior Analyst in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, project tracking
- Maintain and update internal files, SharePoint sites, and other enterprise systems to ensure data accuracy
- Data gathering/organization for tracking RESG Key Performance Indicators across a variety of functions.
- Other administrative, compliance, and analytical duties to assist across RESG's many functions.
