This position will support two teams within RESG:
• Our Business Services Unit, where responsibilities will include administrative, compliance, and analytical duties in the areas of customer service, key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, data/records cleanup, financial performance, and other areas as required.
• Our Engineering team to assist our Electrical Project Management group with project-related work, such as preparation of AutoCAD/Revit drawings for electrical plans, and project management assistance, such as attending meetings, tracking change orders, and performing verification work of completed engineering drawings.
This job will be an onsite role.

Principal Accountabilities
- Assist with Boston data and records cleanup in preparation for the System-wide Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) transition.
- Data gathering/organization for tracking RESG Key Performance Indicators across a variety of functions.
- Assist Capital Project and Engineering team with project-related work, including, but not limited to:
- Assisting in preparation of AutoCAD/Revit drawings for Electrical Plans (would require knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit software)
- Attend project meetings and track change orders
- Perform verification work of completed drawings from engineer vendors for compliance
- Other administrative, compliance, and analytical duties to assist across RESG's many functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Experience
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to interpret data, recognize and bring forward trends, issues, or opportunities.
- Must have be able to effectively work both independently and collaboratively within and across different groups.
- Knowledgeable of electrical symbols, elements, and terms.
- Familiarity with electrical system drawings, one line, risers, etc.
- Proficient or working knowledge with AutoCAD.
- Familiar and comfortable working within / around main electrical rooms, electrical closets, electrical areas.
