Raventra Health is a medical services company providing outsourced billing, coding, and claims processing solutions for provider groups and hospitals. As an RCM Business Analyst, you will analyze revenue cycle workflows, business requirements, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement. You will work across billing, coding, claims, accounts receivable, and client-facing teams to help improve processes, systems, and service delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL DOAnalyze existing revenue cycle workflows and identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Gather and document business requirements from operational teams and client stakeholders
Map current and future-state processes across billing, coding, claims, payment posting, and AR
Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and support business decisions
Translate business needs into clear requirements for system, process, or reporting improvements
Collaborate with RCM teams to investigate operational issues and develop practical solutions
Support the implementation and testing of new processes, system enhancements, and workflow changes
Prepare process documentation, requirements, reports, and presentations for relevant stakeholders
Track improvement initiatives and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to project and operational teams
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within healthcare, healthcare services, or revenue cycle management
Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, claims, payment posting, and AR
Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
Strong process mapping and workflow analysis skills
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Ability to translate complex operational needs into clear, actionable requirements
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
HIPAA-compliant private workspace
Experience with healthcare RCM or practice management systems
Experience with Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, or similar healthcare platforms
SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis skills
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
Experience supporting software implementations or system enhancements
Experience working with provider groups or hospitals
