Job Description SummaryAs a Radiology Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing strategic accounts for GE Healthcare’s Imaging portfolio (MRI, CT, Angiography, PET CT / SPECT CT). You will lead customer engagement, coordinate complex sales processes, and contribute to the growth of GE Healthcare’s market presence in your assigned territory.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Sell the full Imaging portfolio to existing and new customers.
- Manage all sales activities within your assigned region (Czechia West or East).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote GE Healthcare products during individual customer visits and tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Formulate strategies to meet agreed order intake and turnover targets for specified modalities, areas, and accounts; implement these strategies in a personal business plan.
- Manage a continuous rolling forecast to support business planning and execution.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Gather, evaluate, and analyze market data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Identify and realize new business opportunities within the territory.
- Participate in and negotiate tenders; prepare tender quotations and contracts.
- Negotiate prices within predefined limits.
- Oversee project preparation and monitor order execution in collaboration with the service department.
- Organize and execute product demonstrations, launches, presentations, and customer training sessions.
- Find flexible solutions to account-related issues, delegate tasks for processing, and ensure follow-up.
- Represent GE Healthcare at fairs, seminars, and symposiums.
- Manage and control costs within your area of responsibility.
- Proven success in healthcare sales; experience in radiology, nuclear medicine, or oncology is an advantage.
- Strong connections with healthcare stakeholders in both public and private sectors within the assigned territory.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Czech and English.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
