We are looking for a Senior Motion & Video Designer to focus on our EverPro portfolio. EverPro, a business within EverCommerce, provides software and solutions designed to help home and field service businesses run and grow their companies with greater efficiency and confidence. EverPro brings together purpose-built tools across key trades—including field service, remodeling and roofing, landscaping, and pest and lawn—so service professionals can manage operations, engage customers, and drive long-term growth.
Our solutions support the full lifecycle of running a service business, from scheduling and dispatching work, to estimating, invoicing, and payments, to customer communication, reputation management, and business insights. Together, these connected solutions help service pros win more jobs, save time, and build stronger, more resilient businesses.
As a Senior Motion & Video Designer on the Brand & Creative team, you will lead the concepting and production of video and motion content that powers growth marketing, product marketing, customer marketing, and internal initiatives. This is a senior-level individual contributor role responsible for translating marketing strategy briefs into high-performing, brand-aligned creative — taking projects from initial concept through final delivery. You will play a critical role in elevating our video presence across paid campaigns, product GTMs, and event support, while helping build scalable motion systems and best practices across our portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the concepting, design, and production of motion graphics and video assets across paid campaigns, product launches, customer marketing initiatives, and event support
- Translate marketing strategy briefs into compelling visual narratives, owning projects end-to-end from brief to final output
- Create performance-driven paid and organic media assets optimized for multiple platforms and formats (social, display, YouTube, landing pages, etc.)
- Partner cross-functionally with growth marketing, product marketing, customer marketing, brand strategy, and design teams to deliver integrated campaign creative
- Develop scalable motion systems, templates, and creative standards to improve efficiency and consistency across 20+ brands
- Support internal team creative needs with high-quality video and motion assets
- Ensure creative adheres to brand guidelines while thoughtfully evolving motion design language across the portfolio
- Leverage AI tools to enhance creative concepting, production efficiency, and workflow optimization
- Manage project timelines and deliverables in Asana, ensuring stakeholder alignment and on-time execution
- Stay current on industry trends, platform best practices, and emerging technologies in video and motion design
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
- 7–10+ years of experience in motion design, video production, or multimedia design, preferably in a marketing or in-house brand environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-driven video work, paid and organic ad creative, product marketing assets, and event support
- Proven ability to independently take projects from marketing brief to final production
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proficiency in Figma for collaboration and design alignment
- Experience managing workflows in Asana or similar project management platforms
- Working knowledge of AI tools that support creative production and workflow acceleration
- Strong understanding of performance marketing creative and how video drives engagement and conversion
- Experience working across multiple brands or product lines, ideally within SaaS or technology environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
