Job Summary  
The role is part of the Quality Management Office, with a focus on internal process management, improving efficiency, streamlining workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires effective collaboration between stakeholders, problem solving skills, and strong project management skills to ensure improvement initiatives stay on track.  

What You’ll Do  

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies. 
  • Collect and analyze data to measure process effectiveness and track improvements. 
  • Lead or support process improvement projects from inception to completion. 
  • Develop and maintain documentation of improved processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on changes to internal processes and metrics. 
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process analysis tools and methodologies. 

What We Need  

  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business operations, or project management
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and workflow optimization.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Experience with process improvement tools such as Visio (Process Mapping tools)

 Desired Qualifications  

  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, Certified Lean Practitioner, or other recognized credentials in Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.

Base Salary Band: $64,609.99 - $91,260.00
Compensation: At PatientPoint, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including skills, qualifications, geographic location, and professional experience, which can cause your compensation to vary. The base salary range listed is just one component of PatientPoint’s total compensation package for employees.
