Job Summary:
RCM&D is currently seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our Client Care team and assist our HRIS department within our Employee Benefits Division. The specialist will assist in helping meet and exceed client expectations by supporting new and existing business. The primary responsibility of this position is to perform quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy of employee and benefit data.
A Day in the Life:
- Collect, analyze, and audit data from various sources
- Audit Employee Navigator enrollments against carrier enrollments
- Audit internal enrollment processing for accuracy and completion
- Navigate multiple carrier portals
- Pull and organize spreadsheets
- Benefits included but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, Ancillary lines and financial products
- Investigate discrepancies between carrier enrollments and employee benefit records
- Communicate audit findings in an organized and professional way to Client Care and HRIS teams
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of audit activities and results
- Compile end of the year financial reports for client employee deductions
- Run monthly payroll deduction reports in Employee Navigator to compile yearly costs for clients on an as needed basis
- Research and resolve carrier discrepancy reports for EDI feeds
- Communicate EOI requirements to employer and/or employee

- High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, thoroughness, and accuracy
- Ability to balance multiple audits over multiple departments and gather relevant data from both internal and external portals to discover issues
- Ability to work independently and work well with others within a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- College degree preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
- Life and Health License
- Valid Drivers License
