Key Responsibilities- Lead the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of one or more Quality Systems in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Balance quality standards with business performance objectives, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.
- Guarantee right-first-time project implementation, preventing critical or major quality issues.
- Execute and support both the global P&G quality strategy and local regulatory requirements.
- Prioritize actions based on business needs and capacity, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Job Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Biotechnology or Science
- 1–3 years of experience
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Results-driven and agile in identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Collaborative, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
