As a Quality Assurance Architect within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL or Cleveland, OH. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.
This role will be responsible for defining and implementing enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) Strategy, architecture, and governance models. They will work closely with stakeholder and business partners to ensure that TDM solutions are scalable, secure, automated, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles. They will also lead the design of TDM frameworks, patterns, and tools to support test data at-scale.
Key Skills and responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to define the enterprise TDM architecture, strategy, and roadmap
- Establish data provisioning, masking, subsetting, and synthetic data frameworks
- Design Test Data Service API framework
- Participate in RFPs for TDM tooling and platforms
- Champion best practices
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the Enterprise to build TDM Strategy
- Define and deliver KPI and KRIs for TDM capabilities

Skills:
- Data architecture
- Proven experience implementing Test Data Management methodologies and solutions
- Experience with TDM Tooling (Informatica TDM, Delphix, IBM Optim, Broadcom TDM, GenRocket, TDspora)
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation techniques
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Automated testing frameworks
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, FFIEC, SOX)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to develop clear and concise technical and non-technical documentation
- Ability to communicate across multiple level of the organization

  • Responsible for development and support of processes, practices and tools necessary to produce quality products/services and to manage risk.
  • Researches and recommends hardware and software purchases for software quality assurance program. Selects and implements formal QA methodologies.
  • Architects and implements agile testing practices and tools. Evaluates, recommends and implements enterprise-wide defect-tracking software.
  • Assists in planning and estimation of Quality Assurance support for new programs and projects. Conducts audits and reviews.
  • Supports Quality Assurance specialists on programs or projects. Conducts program reviews and complex process audits.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $65,000.00 – $152,375.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
