Position Summary:
The Quality and Planning Integration Associate is focused on our colleague’s adherence to our service standards and assisting with new colleague’s integration of our Cerity Partners Way.
Reporting to our Chief Training and Quality Office, this role is responsible for working with colleagues and practices to understand our service standards, our Cerity Partners client experience, and supporting their ability to follow and provide excellent client service. The consistency and high quality of our client experience (i.e., our Cerity Partners Way) is a fundamental tenet of our organization. This rile plays a critical part in this.
Primary Responsibilities
Quality Reviews for Service Standards
Understand and assist in evolution of our client service standards, client experience, and consistency of client experience expectations.
Training of colleagues to help them understand and follow defined process and procedures.
Ensure transparency and consistency in service delivery expectations across practices.
Review and analyze data, client records, and client deliverables to identify gaps in client service delivery or data management.
Leverage Cerity Partners tools, including AI abilities, to scale process and procedures in identifying inconsistencies in service delivery.
Merger Integration Support for Colleague and Client Experience
Partner with the Merger Integration team to offer in-person and virtual support for service integration to our CP Way.
Assist practices with evolving their client experience, use of financial planning tools, and operational processes, including positioning with clients about changes to their deliverables and tools.
Build relationships with colleagues to help inform areas for training and development.
Strategic Collaboration
Partner with business intelligence, practice development, and training teams to create formal processes and communications around quality initiatives, outcomes, and CP Way adherence.
Partner with the practices to provide individual or collective support in aligning to the defined client and colleague experience.
Collaborate with Operations, Financial Planning, and other internal departments to enhance and evolve CP Way processes based on feedback or new tools and technology.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and relevant advanced degrees (JD, MBA) and/or industry certifications (CFP, CFA, CPA)
5+ years of client-facing experience providing financial planning and/or wealth management services to clients, especially ultra-high net worth clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Operations or similar functions in a wealth management organization
Experience with wealth management and financial planning tools, e.g., eMoney, Orion, Addepar, Eclipse, Holistiplan, BNA, StockOpter
Experience with Custodian Platforms (Fidelity & Schwab)
Experience with Salesforce, Zocks, Box, Claude (or similar AI tools)

Compensation Range:
$125,000 - $175,000
