As a QMS Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring detailed quality management systems and processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of QMS Function: Coordinate the QMS function, Control documents and Calibration.
  • Audit Coordination: Plan and coordinate internal and external audit schedules, perform customer audits, and communicate results and feedback effectively.
  • Project Deployment: Coordinate the deployment of QMS Projects and Standards at the site.
  • Customer Relations: Assist and coordinate with the site regarding corporate information and contacts to prepare for customer audits.
  • Process Communication: Serve as the single point of contact for process-related activities and communications for a given location.
  • Site owner for CoM BP : Coordinate the CoM function including FMEA, MSA, SPC, Metro, Device, Lab and so on and ensure all execution are compliance with standard.
Qualifications and Requirements

To successfully implement and manage our quality management systems, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of QMS function, Control documents and Calibration.
  • Outstanding communication and coordination skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
