Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester with strong experience in automation testing, particularly using Selenium, and hands-on testing of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, building automation scripts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and other testing tools.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Identify, log, and track bugs through to resolution using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Develop and maintain reusable test automation frameworks and test data sets. 
  • Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and prepare quality metrics and reports. 
  • Continuously improve testing strategies and automation coverage.

What you’ll bring with You:

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in software QA testing with at least 2 years in test automation using Selenium.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and experience testing Salesforce apps (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom apps).
  • Solid experience with test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with tools like TestNG, JUnit, Maven, Jenkins, or similar. Strong scripting or coding skills in Java, Python, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    Nice to Have:
  • Experience with other automation tools (e.g., Provar, UFT, Katalon). Familiarity with Salesforce test automation best practices.
  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce App Builder or Admin) is a plus.
