Responsibilities:
- Define test strategy, planning, and execution processes.
- Lead automation and regression testing initiatives.
- Perform performance and load testing to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners for defect resolution.
- Oversee test documentation, including test cases, plans, and reports.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of QA/testing experience in software development.
- Proficiency in test automation tools: Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress. Experience in API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools.
Certifications:
- ISTQB Certified Test Manager
- Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
