Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR. Validate AWS Lambda integrations, document defects, support UAT with stakeholders, and monitor routing and call handling post-deployment.
What You'll Do
About 10Pearls:
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR call flows, routing profiles, and queues.
- Validate AWS Lambda functions integrated into Connect contact flows (e.g., data lookups, dynamic routing logic, third-party API calls).
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across call center platform releases and configuration changes.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, working closely with the development team.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinating with business and contact center stakeholders to validate new or updated contact flows.
- Monitor and validate call handling, routing accuracy, and system behavior post-deployment.
Required
- 3–5 years of relevant QA/testing experience.
- QA/testing background on AWS Connect or other call center platforms.
- Familiarity with AWS Lambda.
- Able to work Central time hours, even while remote.
Preferred
- AWS certification(s).
- Call center domain experience.
- Healthcare payer background.
