  • Designing comprehensive quality strategies for complex products within projects, covering functional, integration, performance, and regression testing dimensions.

  • Presenting quality strategies, test results, and risk assessments in project reviews and sprint demonstrations, communicating clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality feedback throughout the development lifecycle, reducing the cost of defect discovery.

  • Defining and enforcing automation standards, coding patterns, and best practices across engineering teams to ensure consistency and long-term maintainability of the test estate.

  • Establishing performance baselines, thresholds, and SLA targets in collaboration with architects and platform owners and tracking degradation trends across releases.

  • Mentoring Quality Engineers to foster hands-on growth through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and direct guidance, actively contributing to increasing the automation and performance practices

  • Designing test suits and strategies focused on performance optimization, and extending this practice across the Digital Transformation model

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; IT professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in testing automation and performance testing.

  • Strong knowledge of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and proven experience defining Test Strategy and Test Plans to automate testing across functional and non-functional dimensions.

  • Proficiency in two or more programming languages commonly used in test automation (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java).

  • Testing automation expertise in tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Newman, and Selenium.

  • Hands-on experience with performance testing using tools such as k6, LoadRunner, or equivalent, including scenario design, execution, and results analysis.

  • Demonstrated experience integrating test frameworks into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

  • Experience using source code management tools, in particular Git and GitHub, including branching strategies and pull request workflows for test code.

  • Expertise across API testing, integration testing, UI testing, and performance testing disciplines.

  • Working knowledge of microservices and API-first architectures, with the ability to design integration test strategies that reflect real production topology.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices applicable to testing automation, including shift-left quality principles.

  • Experience with test reporting and observability platforms (e.g., Allure, or Grafana) to surface quality signals at team and leadership level.

  • Strong strategic thinking skills; able to design and articulate comprehensive quality strategies for complex, multi-component digital products.

  • Strong problem-solving skills applied to complex, ambiguous quality challenges in fast-paced delivery environments.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex quality risks and technical findings clearly to both engineering and business stakeholders.
