WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- You will be testing new features and fixes on your assigned HCSS product
- Evaluate and prioritize software issues
- Help identify and implement process improvements
- Contribute to the release process, ensuring high quality code is delivered to customers
- Work with other development teams to test key integration points
- Identify potential risks and suggest ways to mitigate
- Pair testing, requirements gathering, learning new products and technologies
- Work closely with Software Developers, Product Managers, and Support Technicians

- During your introductory period, you will receive a structured training course and evaluation through our QA Academy and learn how HCSS tests our software and ensures quality throughout the development life cycle.
- Once you complete the training, you will join one of our product development teams
