Your Mission

As a QA Analyst Contractor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our Smarkets and BetSBK platforms as we launch and grow in Indiana.

Your mission is to:

  • Rigorously test key user journeys to identify bugs, usability issues, and friction points.

  • Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help take our product from 70% readiness to 100% market-fit.

  • Ensure a smooth, compliant, and engaging user experience that supports strong customer retention and revenue growth in the Indiana market.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Conduct functional and usability testing of our U.S. (Indiana) experience across web and mobile apps.

  • Test core customer journeys:

    • Landing → Sign-up

    • Sign-up → Login

    • Promo Opt-in → Deposit

    • Deposit → Bet Placement → Cashout → Withdrawal

    • Customer Support & KYC Flows

  • Document all issues with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and recordings (where applicable).

  • Join live testing sessions with the Product team.

  • Provide a full QA report in English, including usability feedback, bug reports, and improvement recommendations.

  • Verify fixes and validate product readiness.

About You

  • Must be physically located in Indiana for testing geolocation compliance.

  • No existing Smarkets/SBK account.

  • Familiarity with U.S. sports betting regulations preferred.

  • Detail-oriented with QA testing experience for web and mobile platforms (gaming or betting a plus).

  • Analytical thinker with strong documentation skills.

  • Comfortable participating in remote live walkthroughs.

Timeline & Compensation

  • Approx. 18 hours over 6 weeks (around 3 hours per week).

  • Hourly rate (to be agreed).

  • Remote role with flexible working hours.
