  • Analyze competitive Salesforce-native products and market trends to continually refine Pulse’s technical positioning and messaging.
  • Represent Pulse at major Salesforce events, including World Tours and Dreamforce, providing strategic demo and booth management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4+ years in Salesforce Sales Engineering, Technical Solution Consulting, or related roles.
  • Direct experience working at a Salesforce Partner, ISV, PDO, or consultancy.
  • Demonstrable expertise with Salesforce AppExchange solutions, managed packages, and technical product implementations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and Health Cloud solutions.
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful, executive-level demos and presentations.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams.

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience with Salesforce healthcare solutions (particularly home care or behavioral health).
  • Existing relationships within the Salesforce AE, SE, and Partner ecosystem.
  • Experience contributing to successful Salesforce-native product launches and growth.
