VIDIZMO is expanding its Public Safety Sales team and seeking experienced sales professionals to develop business with law-enforcement, justice, and public-safety organizations across the United States. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment and wants to directly influence revenue outcomes—not just activity metrics.

Role Overview
These are quota-carrying positions responsible for selling enterprise software and AI solutions to police departments, sheriff’s offices, district attorneys, public defenders, courts, corrections agencies, state investigative organizations, emergency-management agencies, and federal law-enforcement organizations. Candidates should have experience selling enterprise technology to government agencies and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder procurement processes. Each sales professional will be assigned a geographic territory, customer segment, or strategic market based on experience and existing relationships.
You will sell enterprise software and AI solutions to police departments, sheriff's offices, district attorneys, courts, corrections agencies, state investigative organizations, emergency management agencies, and federal law enforcement organizations. - Digital Evidence Management System
- AI assisted investigation and evidence analysis
- Automated redaction of video, audio, images, and documents
- Body worn camera and in car video evidence management
- Case centric evidence organization and secure sharing
- Prosecutor, public defender, and discovery workflows
- Private cloud, dedicated cloud, on premises, and air gapped deployments
Key Responsibilities
Territory and Pipeline Development
- Build and execute a business plan for your assigned territory or market
- Generate opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, partners, and procurement channels
- Build relationships with chiefs, sheriffs, prosecutors, investigators, CIOs, CISOs, and procurement officials
- Maintain a qualified pipeline sufficient to meet quarterly and annual targets
Consultative Selling
- Run discovery sessions to understand each agency's operational, legal, and security requirements
- Translate agency needs into the right technical and business solution
- Present to executive, technical, legal, and procurement stakeholders
- Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and proof of concept evaluations
Deal and Contract Management
- Own the full sales process from qualification through negotiation and contract award
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and statements of work
- Lead or support RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses
- Navigate government procurement, budget cycles, and contract vehicles
- Maintain accurate forecasts in the CRM
Market and Partner Development
- Build relationships with RMS, CAD, body camera, cloud, and systems integration partners
- Represent VIDIZMO at public safety conferences and industry events
- Share market feedback with product and marketing teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or government technology sales
- Demonstrated experience selling to law enforcement, justice agencies, or government organizations
- Proven track record of generating pipeline and meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience managing complex, multi stakeholder government sales cycles
- Understanding of public sector budgeting and procurement processes
- Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
- CRM experience for pipeline management and forecasting
- Willingness to travel for meetings, demos, and conferences
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships within law enforcement, prosecution, or public safety agencies
- Experience selling digital evidence management, video management, or AI solutions
- Familiarity with FBI CJIS Security Policy and related public sector security requirements
- Experience with government contract vehicles and cooperative purchasing programs
- Bachelor's degree in business, criminal justice, IT, or a related field

- Build a prioritized territory and target account plan
- Establish a sustainable pipeline of qualified public safety opportunities
- Develop relationships with key agency decision makers
- Secure new customers and meet assigned bookings targets
- Provide market feedback that strengthens our public safety go to market strategy
Background and Security Requirements
Depending on territory and customer assignments, selected candidates may be required to:
- Complete employment background screening.
- Complete fingerprint-based screening when required.
- Complete CJIS security awareness and customer-specific training.
- Sign confidentiality, acceptable-use, and security agreements.
- Follow agency requirements governing access to facilities, systems, and Criminal Justice Information.
- Maintain eligibility to enter government and law-enforcement facilities.
