Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our team and support the execution of strategic communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's public image and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and the community. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and distributing press releases and media advisories to targeted media outlets.
  • Support the development and execution of PR campaigns and communication strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and compile reports on PR campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and support company events, press conferences, and interviews.
  • Maintain media contact lists and update databases regularly.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PR tools and software.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
