We are looking for an associate with 2-4 years’ experience to join a multi-disciplinary, tax-exempt distressed debt group. The firms nationally renowned practice offers challenging work, an entrepreneurial and collegial environment, and a unique opportunity to work with a growing practice group. Their  associates have the opportunity to work closely with our senior lawyers handling sophisticated and high profile workouts throughout the country.

Responsibilities
The candidate would support the firm’s tax-exempt distressed debt practice.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have experience with debt, including loan agreements and security agreements. 
• Must possess a strong academic background, as well as strong written and interpersonal skills, as well as solid analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
