As a key member of the management team, you will shape short- and long-term strategies, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive results.
The Impact
- Serve as the business owner for the Admin Conversion Project, driving successful execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyze and report on operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and costs to inform strategic decisions.
- Enhance and deliver operational reporting and performance metrics to support transparency and accountability.
- Champion a culture of strong customer service, innovation, continuous improvement, and change management across the organization.
- Identify and lead opportunities to leverage AI, Robotics, Global Business Services, and Process Automation to optimize operations.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address complex business challenges
- Apply project management best practices to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED/HiSET
- 3+ years' experience in Defined Benefit and/or Pension Risk Transfer
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Analysis and reporting of operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and operating cost effectiveness
- Enhance and deliver operational reporting metrics
- Drive culture of change and continuous improvement
- Identify and lead opportunities to optimize AI, Robotics, Global Business Services, and Process Automation
- Address complex business goals that may have enterprise impacts
- Manage concurrent projects
- Accountable to manage and monitor project tasks and controls during project planning and delivery activities to be on time and budget
- Work with a high degree of autonomy and apply knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications and presentation
- Proven leadership experience in business analysis, operations, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in AI and data analytics is highly desirable.
