About the Role

Our Provider Team is the bridge that connects Sidecar Health members to their healthcare providers. We’re growing our team and looking for warm, passionate people to join us and help deliver the best, most transparent member experience in healthcare. Your job as a Provider Research Analyst will be to analyze your designated market’s provider landscape to provide transparent recommendations for how Sidecar Health members should access affordable healthcare.

What You'll Do 

  • Conduct outreach to providers to gather accurate pricing and market data—then translate that information into clear, actionable recommendations that help members access affordable care.
  • Become an expert in the provider landscape for your assigned market or service category—including specialties, certifications, and pricing trends.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive provider guides that support internal teams and member-facing resources.
  • Partner with sales, account management, and provider teams to deliver timely insights that enhance the member experience and support business goals.

What You'll Bring 

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry 
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly gather and analyze large amounts of data 
  • Effective organization and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in group settings, while also demonstrating the capacity to work autonomously when required 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain a high level of quality in your work 
  • Understanding of and affinity for the Sidecar Health mission – making great, affordable healthcare available to all 
  • A deep desire to change the status quo

Sidecar Health adopts a market-based approach to compensation, where base pay varies depending on location and is further influenced by job-related skills and experience. The current expected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000.
