  • Partner closely with clinical, research, and operations teams to translate provider insights into actionable recommendations that impact client outcomes

How You’ll Spend Your Days
  • Proactively researching and identifying high-quality providers across a range of medical specialties

  • Evaluating providers and programs in collaboration with clinical and research partners

  • Using and improving internal tools and workflows to enhance provider data quality and operational efficiency

  • Supporting cross-functional teams by ensuring provider intelligence is accessible, accurate, and actionable

  • Contributing ideas and process improvements as PHM continues to evolve and scale

  • A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and continuously improve how work gets done

  • A strong affinity for technology and process optimization; you’re an early adopter who looks for smarter, more scalable ways to work

  • A self-starter approach with strong research and analytical skills, and the ability to synthesize information across medical specialties

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across clinical, research, and operations teams

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Prior provider-facing healthcare experience and/or a degree in a healthcare-related field strongly preferred

  • Experience conducting or administering academic and/or clinical research strongly preferred
