The Provider Network Ops Coordinator will manage provider data entry, onboarding, and maintenance, ensuring data accuracy across systems and supporting various administrative tasks related to provider relations.
We were tired of hearing that healthcare is broken, so we decided to do something about it. At Nomi Health, we believe the care itself isn’t broken — it’s the business of healthcare that gets in the way. Every year, more than $1 trillion is wasted on paperwork, delays, and middle layers that drive up costs and keep people from the care they need.
We’re rebuilding the system so it works the way it should: clear prices you can trust, faster payments that keep providers focused on patients, and data that helps employers make better decisions. Our work has already touched more than 30 million lives — from local communities in Michigan to some of the largest companies in the country.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Provider Network Ops Coordinator to join our team. You will support the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of our provider network. You will ensure provider and roster data is accurately formatted, validated, and maintained across internal systems as we onboard providers monthly and process ongoing add, change, and termination updates in a variety of formats.
The work is high volume and detail heavy, and this role also provides administrative support to provider relations with the opportunity to be cross trained to assist care guides and member services. You will focus on reducing an existing backlog while helping establish steady state processes.
How you will make an impact
- Accurately enter and maintain provider and roster data across multiple systems
- Format provider data from various source files into a defined schema
- Process provider add, change, and termination requests in a timely manner
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain data integrity across systems
- Support provider onboarding activities and readiness
- Provide administrative support to provider relations, claims, and member services teams
- Assist with data migration and conversion projects as needed
- Respond to internal data related inquiries and requests
- Follow and document standard processes to support consistency and scale
- Collaborate closely with provider relations, claims, and member services teams
- Participate in cross training and provide coverage as needed
What we are looking for
- Experience in data entry, operations, healthcare administration, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Comfort working with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to manage high volume, repetitive work with consistency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience working with provider data or healthcare operations (preferred)
- Familiarity with provider onboarding, roster management, or claims support (preferred)
- Experience working across multiple systems or databases (preferred)
Nomi Health delivers disruptive healthcare solutions, in partnership with like-minded employers, public sector organizations, advisors (brokers/consultants), and payers/TPAs. We’re a team of 300+ people who show up every day with the same mindset: don’t settle for “that’s just how it is.” Real change happens when you challenge the system, cut through the excuses, and build something better together.
