Lead proposal responses (RFQs, RFPs) from kickoff to delivery: coordinate teams, prepare materials (resumes, project sheets, graphics), manage calendars, improve templates and proposal quality.
Bohler is looking for a Proposal Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, collaborating with different teams, and helping put together strong, thoughtful proposals that win work.
You’ll play an important role in our business development efforts by leading proposals, RFQs, and RFPs across a variety of markets. Working closely with technical staff, marketing, and leadership, you’ll help tell the story of who we are, the work we do, and why clients should choose Bohler.
This is a remote position and can be based anywhere within Bohler’s geographic footprint.

What You'll Do
- Lead the proposal process for RFQs, RFPs, and interview submissions from kickoff through final delivery
- Work with marketing and technical teams to create clear, polished, and visually engaging proposals
- Coordinate with internal staff, subconsultants, and leadership throughout the pursuit process
- Prepare and organize proposal materials, resumes, project sheets, graphics, and supporting content
- Schedule and facilitate kickoff meetings, strategy discussions, and proposal reviews
- Maintain proposal calendars, deadlines, and submission schedules
- Help maintain and improve proposal libraries, templates, and reusable content
- Support the continued improvement of proposal quality, consistency, and efficiency
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the AEC industry
- Experience developing proposals and qualification packages in deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign (required), Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Deltek Vision or similar CRM/proposal tools is a plus
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for layout and presentation
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and communicating with different levels of leadership
