Job Description

seeking a Promotional Marketing Specialist to join our Boston team.

In this role, you will help support promotional marketing initiatives, represent client brands, engage with customers, and contribute to campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and strengthen customer relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an energetic environment, and wants to build valuable skills in marketing, communication, customer engagement, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of promotional marketing campaigns.
  • Represent client brands in a professional, engaging, and positive manner.
  • Communicate key product, service, and campaign information clearly to customers.
  • Support customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Help coordinate promotional activities and on-site campaign operations.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide useful insights to the team.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current campaigns, brand messaging, and objectives.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and campaign performance.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism throughout all promotional activities.
