How You'll Make An Impact

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project/Program Manager for acquisition integration activities. This role requires a combination of project management skills and a deep understanding of business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth transitions as the company integrates new and existing acquired businesses into current operations.

What You'll Do

  • Integration Planning & Execution: Planning, coordination, and execution of integration initiatives for newly acquired companies, existing acquisitions and future acquisitions ensuring alignment with the business goals, timelines, and key milestones.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with functional leaders across departments (e.g., HR, IT, finance, legal, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of people, business processes and systems.
  • Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Manage resources and dependencies to keep integration projects on track.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep track of all acquisition-related integration matters, support run-the-business needs and provide regular updates and clear communication to internal stakeholders.
  • Integration Playbook and Progress Tracking: Continue to update and refine the integration playbook, create/share templates to build repeatable practices, and monitor the progress of the integration checklists to ensure integration success.
  • Risk Management: Identify integration challenges and resolve issues promptly. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen obstacles and minimize impact on business operations. Provide regular updates on project deliverables and risks to management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Document lessons learned and contribute to the improvement of integration processes for future acquisitions.

The Experience You Bring

  • Strong project management skills, with proficiency in tools like Google (Drive/Sheets/Slides) or similar project tracking software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Solid understanding of business operations, processes, and systems integration.
  • Proactive approach to managing risks and challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Experience in integration project management
