Sr. Project Coordinator – Indigo Consumer Products

The role of Sr Project Coordinator will support the Indigo Consumer Products initiative to help Indigo become the most admired and sought-after ag company and play a key role in executing to initiative. The Sr Project Coordinator will report to the Head of Indigo Consumer Products.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for executives in Consumer Product department
    • Owns onboarding, scheduling, and introductions of new team members
    • Coordinates and manages relationships across Indigo when multiple functions / groups are engaged
    • Coordinates meetings, travel, and scheduling with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Become an expert on navigating the organization and partner with other departments effectively
  • Manage Salesforce database, manage Microsoft Project program tracker, and ensure all partners and vendors are up to date
  • Support and eventually own the weekly, cross-functional team meeting by providing the agenda, taking notes and following up with people on specific workstreams
  • Own specific key projects within across the initiative, these could include packaging & graphics development, product development, e-commerce site development & management, etc.
  • Conduct research and provide briefs on areas to help CPG go-to market

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Prior experience in a program or project management role
  • Comfortable with technology and software applications

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
