Position Summary:
Kyruus, a leading enterprise health care technology start-up, is seeking a motivated individual to work with the Sales Team to promote the Kyruus vision and the ProviderMatch suite of products. He or she will work hand-in-hand with the Functional Lead, the Sales Enablement Team, the Client Development Directors, and the Senior Vice President of Sales to execute on the most optimal strategy to demonstrate products to prospects.
The Solutions Consultant will travel with the Sales Team to meet with health systems in the sales pipeline, to articulate the Kyruus product vision and strategy and demonstrate ProviderMatch. The ideal candidate has excellent client-facing communication skills, is comfortable speaking technically regarding ProviderMatch products, has familiarity with healthcare nuances and clinical terminology, and has experience in healthcare consumerism. In addition, he or she will act as a conduit between the market and Kyruus, by working with the Solutions Consultant Director to synthesize and provide feedback from the field to internal teams.
This role is at the forefront of Kyruus’ interface with prospects, at an exciting time in a fast-growing technology company, and has a high-level of growth potential. A motivated and eager individual will have an opportunity to help define the strategy of how we take our product to market. We are looking for an individual based in the Western United States.
Sample Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Kyruus product functionality to prospects in sales pipeline
- Articulate Kyruus vision and product strategy
- Work with Client Development Directors to coordinate and prepare for prospect meetings
- Work with the Functional Lead to synthesize and provide feedback from the field to internal teams to inform roadmaps and functionality development
Requirements
- 5+ years work experience, with strong preference for background at healthcare technology companies
- Ability to quickly learn Kyruus product functionality, both existing and in development
- Ability to clearly articulate complex product functionality and value proposition
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and previous prospect-facing experience
- Experience in healthcare consumerism
- Comfort in speaking about technical functionality and clinical concepts
- Willing to travel 75%
- Based in the Western United States
