TripAdvisor is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Sales Enablement team. This individual will have operational oversight of TripAdvisor’s go-to-market plans for new products. They will serve as a key liaison between the product, marketing, sales, operations, and business systems departments to ensure releases are effectively planned, communicated and brought to market. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, product development life cycles, product marketing, and commercialization efforts. You must also be able to manage simultaneous activities that drive toward a coordinated release date. The ideal candidate will also be an inspirational leader, willing to roll up their sleeves and lead by example while demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to manage and coordinate complex cross-functional dependencies and schedules.

What you will do:

• Coordinate multiple product training, communications and commercialization activities across the enterprise to ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects.
• Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, dependencies or other challenges to successful execution. Be a driving agent for resolving all potential impediments to a successful release.
• Implement tools and templates such as go-to-market, product marketing, and operations briefs to help coordinate efforts across multiple teams and to assist with better communicating marketing benefits of new products.
• Provide multiple communication frameworks for various levels of the organization to keep them updated on the status of upcoming initiatives.
• Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and ensuring they are communicated effectively to various stakeholders and teams across the company.
• Conduct weekly status meetings.
• Coordinate commercialization efforts to ensure they fully support a successful go-to-market plan.
• Manage a team of product/sales support specialists to ensure closed loop feedback cycle from customers to development.

Who You Are:

• You have 7+ years experience as a Program, Project, Product Manager or similar role with strong program management experience.
• Exceptional people skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects through influence and communication towards coordinated task completion.
• Training in project management practices preferred.
• Knowledge of typical activities related to the product release lifecycle and product commercialization.
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized with rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and positive “can-do” approach.
• Sound business judgment and ability to make tradeoffs and prioritization decisions that help the business
• Respect for colleagues and partners: must work well in a matrix environment.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
