Job Summary

DataRobot has an extreme focus on customer experience. As part of the Customer Intelligence Domain, you will focus on all aspects of the DataRobot Customer feedback program. You will plan, prepare, and execute meeting with our customers in order to get their feedback on the end to end customer experience. You will also be responsible for helping to define and execute projects to improve the overall experience. 

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholder to schedule and prepare for customer feedback sessions 
• Analyze feedback to discover, document, and validate:
• AHA Moments 
• Friction Points 
• User Drop Off Points
• Oversee the definition and distribution of feedback reports 
• Ensure feedback is properly collected and stored in the appropriate systems
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Main Requirements

• 3-5 years in a client facing project management role 
• Excellent verbal and written communication 
• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Google Docs
• Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
