As a key member of our in-house Core Experience (CoreX) creative team, you’ll work closely with writers, designers and a broad range of internal stakeholders as you manage branded marketing materials targeting consumer and B2B (business-to-business) audiences worldwide. You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative creative team — where as a polished, action-oriented project manager you’ll demonstrate your ability to learn and adapt quickly as you develop solutions to a wide variety of process needs. You should have a demonstrated fluency with the fundamentals of (and key trends in) digital and offline marketing and advertising project management; a deep knowledge of the interactive digital space; and a proven comfort level in collaborating with business partners across multiple departments. The ability to quickly and effectively problem solve to drive stronger results will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities:
• Establish and cultivate trust with the creative teams and cross-functional leaders as a proactive owner of the day-to-day creative business
• Act as the sole gateway for all requests, partner feedback, and process issues, allowing our creative resources to focus on executing the high quality work that drives our brand and business goals. Own the building of all project schedules and negotiating of work priorities.The goal is zero project management on the part of the creative team.
• Own process improvement at all stages: identify needs and proactively provide solutions to the CD, Identify the correct business partners to collaborate with on process revisions, take the initiative to push new process live, and ensure that process is followed
• Partner with marketing leaders to understand project roadmaps & priorities, and ensure the team receives documented forecasting. Create a calendar view of all work to be shared for visibility across all channels
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the assets created in the Marketing and Product teams and ability to problem solve with stakeholders in the space where marketing and UX design work intersect. Demonstrate comfort with the jargon that comes with both territories.
• Act as team liaison with UX product managers to identify projects that intersect with brand team, and establish process for efficient partnering on said projects, with an eye to reducing redundancy
• Lead forecasting analysis and capacity planning for creative team, and provide actionable recommendations against incoming data to maximize bandwidth.
• Identify creative efficiencies (and opportunities for consistency in creative) by connecting related work briefed in by different channels. Connect business owners and ensure work is on a parallel path, and one is fully informed on the other.
• Assign work against the specific talents, needs, and growth opportunities of the team, ensuring adequate cross-training for coverage on all channels.
• Assess our current project management system against needs and budget, and recommend alternative program
• Partner with stakeholders to keep abreast of performance of creative against KPIs, ensuring that clear goals are articulated in creative briefs
• Regularly solicit feedback from business partners on current process, and opportunities for improvement
• Assess current creative brief against business needs, and the specific needs of multiple channels, and update to make our brief the most powerful tool possible in generating best-in-class creative
• Build relationships with stakeholder partners across the organization, with the ultimate goal of managing and prioritizing multiple channels of incoming work
• Act as our team “localization ambassador”, ensuring localization needs have been considered in layout before sharing with our business partners
• Support creative team in ensuring project owners review creative with team members well in advance of presenting work to senior leadership
Qualifications:


• 8+ years of project management experience
• Strong negotiation, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Strong willingness to learn and roll up sleeves in a fast-paced environment
• Creative problem solver & strong critical thinking skills
• Strong grasp on emerging and leading industry technology, tools and trends
• Highly organized; strong at multitasking and prioritization
• Experience with Excel, creating pivot tables and using project management programs
• Experience with data analysis and capacity reporting tools
• Experience with project management systems
