Due to the exciting growth experienced at PrismHR, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager who is adept at both being a program manager and scrum master. As part of the Product Delivery organization, the Program Manager will lead and manage multiple product delivery projects.  The Program Manager will ensure that project goals are reached, risks are identified and mitigated, schedules are maintained and adjusted, milestones are documented and time sensitive deadlines are met.  

SPECIFIC DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides project management, direction, and leadership to team members in order to accomplish defined project deliverables

• Manages all project deliverables to successful completion, leverage project management best practices

• Drives all phases of product development to ensure the timely delivery of quality products 

• Works with project teams to create schedules, milestones, and overall plans

• Provides risk assessments for project activities and develops proposed solutions

• Regularly assesses current business practices and makes recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness (Process Improvement)

• Leads all Agile rituals as required (standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, etc.

• Regularly maintains and updates sprint and release plans)

REQUIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• 5-7 years of program/project management experience within a SAAS product development organization

• Demonstrated success in managing project activities through completion

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and management skills. 

• Must be able to keep focus on multiple tasks and effectively set priorities between projects

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under deadlines

• Highly organized with strong problem solving skills

• Scrum Master certification (CSM) or relevant experience 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

• Experience with Jira/Confluence preferred

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
