DataRobot is seeking a Program Manager to help deliver critical projects and executive priorities across the business. This is not a traditional project/program management position. We are looking for someone highly organized and accountable with an entrepreneurial spirit to figure out how to deliver complex strategic initiatives by working across the business. The ideal candidate thrives in an extremely fast-paced environment and is highly agile. They will need to know how to work relentlessly through blockers to deliver high-quality results. Responsibility

• Manage high priority and executives programs and projects.
• Work with leaders and team members across the business to develop project plans and timelines and deliver on-time and on-target project results.
• Oversee projects in all business functions, including operations, finance, product, sales, business development, and marketing.
• Develop and deliver regular, detailed reports to the CEO and leadership team.
• Facilitate the development and tracking of top-level company goals.
• Partner with Project Manager and Chief of Staff to ensure optimal prioritization of projects and work.

Main Requirements

• 5+ years project or program management experience. Traditional PM certifications not required.
• Thrives in ambiguity and able to turn high-level direction into detail-oriented work. Able to be resourceful and creative in finding solutions.
• Able to build strong trusted relationships across the business.
• Communicates clearly and effectively in a variety of styles.
• Able to manage numerous, concurrent, and competing priorities.
• Has a strong sense of customer service and willingness to take on any problem (big or small).
• Willingness to work long hours.
• Likes to receive one-word emails, but sends long ones.
• Thrives in an environment of candor.

Desired Skills

• Able to build dashboards
