Manager, Creative Project Management

As a Creative Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating creative efforts across the marketing organization to effectively deliver on projects. You will collaborate with the Sr. Project Manager to identify and assign resources for all project work, work closely with assigned teams to set project milestones/schedules, keep projects on track, and ensure that all project objectives and goals are achieved. You will work cross-functionally with internal partners, department heads and external agencies/vendors to ensure our marketing materials are best-in-class.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Builds, manages, and monitors sprints
- Drive project timelines and ensure all key milestones and due dates are communicated frequently to the larger internal project team and any agency partners
- Independently steward day-to-day project management of multiple small to mid- scale projects , serving as a daily point of contact with cross-functional partners
- Daily communication and collaboration with the creative team to ensure they have all necessary project components to complete their work.
- Maintains weekly alignment with the Web PMs and Web team and to ensure they are set-up successfully to complete creative-driven work and is an active reviewer / driver of the work before being pushed live
- Help identify process gaps, workflow improvement needs, resource deficiencies, and potential roadblocks to support continuous creative process improvements that boost speed to market.
- Manages yearly budget for the creative team (with oversight)
- Freelancers: Manages all communication, briefing/onboarding, scoping, timelines/deadlines, creative reviews and feedback with anywhere between 5-15 freelancers/agencies and plans out the work on a sprint/quarterly basis.

- Proficient in all aspects of the creative development and execution process across all mediums.
- A conscientious, and detail oriented individual.
- Able to both recognize and mitigate risk as well as identify patterns and see the bigger picture when creating and improving processes.
- Extremely detailed oriented and organized; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in workflow and project management software such as Excel, Asana, Google Drive etc.
