The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (ED+I) Program Manager will support the development, implementation, and sustainability of TripAdvisor’s global ED+I strategic objectives, programs and initiatives. This person will report to the Director of ED+I and work in a highly matrixed environment that requires the ability to influence and partner across all of our brands and business units.
We are looking for a forward-thinking and dynamic professional with the ability to manage multiple tasks, make informed decisions, and deliver measurable results. As the ED+I Program Manager, you will help create learning experiences, advocate for employees, and build relationships (internal and external) that support our vision. The ideal candidate should not only be passionate about developing meaningful solutions but also dedicated to rigorous goal-setting and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

  • Support key ED+I initiatives, programs, tools and resources including employee resource groups, global councils, training programs, conferences, and events
  • Identify and manage external partnerships, culture surveys and assessments in support of our employer brand
  • Manage ED+I program intern
  • Manage vendor contracts and payments
  • Partner with Learning & Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Technology and Analytics, Office Experience, and the People Operations Business Partner Team to help drive strategy and develop solutions
  • Assist with internal employee communications, recruiting materials, and social media content
  • Analyze and present trends in the area of ED+I, stay abreast of best practices, and benchmark leading companies and programs
  • Coordinate internal and external events, e.g., research and book speakers, manage room and registration logistics, gather participant feedback
  • Travel to TripAdvisor offices (globally) with approximately 20% of your time spent working outside of HQ

Key Skills/Experience

  • Strategic and integrative thinker who is able to understand the cross-departmental relationships necessary to implement company-wide change
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, plan workflow, and take initiative
  • Experience tracking spend, coordinating budget allocations, and providing quarterly budget updates
  • Effective communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in equity, diversity and inclusion, learning and organizational development, or marketing, preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion
  • Global perspective and ability to identify and respond to regional differences and needs
  • Experience gathering, researching, and analyzing data is encouraged

In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following competencies:
