What do you get to do in this position?

·       Responsible for setting the strategy that will enable the team to successfully govern the estate of IT assets in partnership with the Business across SE who own and operate these assets.

·       Oversee the execution of the strategy, development and implementation of ITAM standards, policies, framework and tooling in a matrixed environment.

·       Will work closely with Digital Leaders, Business IT Leaders and their teams to identify opportunities for optimization, proactive publisher compliance adherence and risk mitigation across the software and hardware landscapes ensuring adherence to governance standards where applicable.

·       Oversee a team of specialists responsible for Publisher Compliance and IT Asset Governance across SE globally with a unique opportunity to mature the function, whilst partnering with Digital and Business to re-establish the ways of working toward a proactive ITAM Governance model.

This job might be for you if:

 

 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Accounting/ Compliance/ Legal or a related field

·       IT Asset Management standard-based certification is an advantage (ISO 1977-X; ITIL; CSAM; CHAM; CITAM; etc.)

·       Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2 etc)

·       Additional Technology-specific qualifications relative to Licensing expertise highly advantageous

·       10+ years of professional experience involved in technical projects or programs considering all aspects of the systems development lifecycle

·       Proven people leader, with experience in building and leading a team through change

·       Significant hands-on experience with Hardware and Software Asset Management and Publisher Compliance practices: Proven work experience at global publisher/ Big 4 Consultancy Firm is preferred

·       Experience working in multiple markets and regions internationally

·       Demonstrated familiarity with IT Asset Management standards (ISO 1977-X; ITIL; etc.).

·       Experience working closely with business process owners on continuous process improvement and the application of technology throughout the IT Asset Lifecycle toward this end
