As a Creative Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating creative efforts across the marketing organization to effectively deliver on projects. You will collaborate with the Creative Director to identify and assign resources for all project work, work closely with assigned teams to set project milestones/schedules, keep projects on track, and ensure that all project objectives and goals are achieved. You will work cross-functionally with internal partners, department heads and external agencies/vendors to ensure our marketing materials are best-in-class.
About this roll*:
- Actively manage the day-to-day aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Lead weekly status meetings, monthly scope reviews, and quarterly scope adjustment meetings
- Support project and creative brief alignment across internal and external teams, working closely with the marketing team in the planning stages of projects
- Review all deliverables for assigned projects before presentations
- Collaborate with the creative team to identify and assign resources for all assigned work and assess needs; quickly address time-sensitive issues and assigns status of either resolve or elevate
- Work closely with the Creative Director and assigned teams to set project milestones/schedules and ensure projects remain on track; proactively communicate deviations from the schedule
- Effectively facilitate project team meetings, project status meetings, and quarterly/monthly scope adjustment meetings
Do you have the right ingredients*?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication/Advertising, or a related field
- Five years of experience as a project manager in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in all aspects of the creative development and execution process across all mediums
- Extremely detailed oriented and organized with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Proficient in workflow and project management software such as Google Drive, Asana, etc.
