Commercial Solution Consultant
Role Overview
Fuze is seeking a high-caliber, dynamic Commercial Solution Consultant, someone equally comfortable working across internal teams as with customers. This is an exciting and challenging position as part of the Service Delivery team within Fuze, the organization responsible for operational sales support, successful project delivery, customer on-boarding and Fuze’ customer success.
The candidate for this position will be working with a team of Solution Consultants and Project Managers responsible for successful project delivery. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams alike, have a strong technical background within the telecommunications industry, and possess the ability to work under pressure.
What You'll Do:
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the following:
- Provide consistent, predictable and high-quality support for customers during the Go Live phase
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to verify configured solutions are meeting expectations and satisfying customer required capabilities
- Engage Tier3/Tier4/Product support on complex issues
- Validate SDD/runbooks for enterprise deals
- Take ownership in ensuring all customers are smoothly transitioned to Fuze Support
- Define program-level Go Live pain points and author solutions to improve the customer go live experience
What You'll Need:
- 2 to 5 years of experience with Unified Communications including, but not limited to, VoIP, Dial Plans, Device Configuration, PBX integration and Contact Center
- Ability to focus in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Autonomous worker and keen learner, who can be relied upon to work on own initiatives and be held accountable
- Bachelor's degree required
