The Associate, SA Activation is focused on partnering with Marketing, Growth, SA management teams to support programs to drive the efficiency and success of the Sales Associate organization at Toast.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, likes to learn and share knowledge, and knows their way around a spreadsheet!
What you will do:
- Develop and execute SA enablement content including presentations, talk tracks, and email templates to drive program goals.
- Execute on marketing tactics to improve activation of lead sets to improve SA productivity.
- Develop and execute tests within programs to improve efficiency or drive incremental opportunity creation.
- Dig into the data to identify opportunity areas to improve team efficiency within live programs.
- Thought partner with the broader marketing organization to optimize their programs within the SA organization.
